Within Goal, the main administrator has the ability to establish various roles, each equipped with distinct permissions, and enroll users with specific roles, whether singular or multiple. Based on the assigned role, users can take on technical or financial management responsibilities for teams and projects.
Regarding teams, team members are registered as collaborators or employees, with the potential to assume the role of User, enabling access to the platform. Additionally, an integration feature with other platforms facilitates time tracking management. Users with permission can oversee team time spent, monitoring time registration details including allocation, duration, and recorded time. Initially, Goal will support integration specifically with Jira, although the platform is adaptable for integration with any other time tracking platform. Notably, for exceptional records, validation from a user with time tracking management permission will be required.
